Getting to know Caitlin Fahr

Hi there! My name is Caitlin and I am so happy you're here. I grew up in the Rocky Mountain region, and I am raising my two boys here with my husband, who is a retired Army veteran. I have been a licensed school counselor for the past 6 years here in Colorado and I have done private practice therapy through SonderMind for the past year, after transitioning from Ellie Mental Health. My hope is to provide counseling services to support managing day-to-day, such as self-esteem building, coping with general anxiety, study skills, life transitions (including school transitions, such as transition into college life), and more. I have worked at all levels of school and have loved working with adult clients through this platform. I currently only offer telehealth (online) sessions and will see clients aged 12+ (or at least over the age of 8 if unable to consent independently). This is a safe, nonjudgmental environment for us to navigate your lived experience, together.
