Hello! I am a therapist (LCSW) both in the states of NY and ME. I have about 10 years of social work experience; which has provided me with so many different tools and opportunities. I love connecting with people and putting to use my therapy skills to help to enrich the lives of others. I use a nonjudgmental; compassionate; holistic approach which eases your ability to open up and feel comfortable with me!
