Currently accepting new clients! Do you find yourself wishing you could get back to your hobbies but instead you spend hours scrolling on your phone? You find yourself feeling guilt over all of the things not getting done, but you also just don't have the energy or motivation to get started. Your to-do list just keeps getting longer and longer while your burnout makes it difficult to cross anything off the list. You crave meaningful relationships in your life where you feel heard, understood, and loved. You know that something needs to change, you just need a path. With me, we will get to the root of what in your life is not serving you and slow down the moment to see where exactly the supports need to be built, and come up with a plan of how to do it. You are worthy of the love and respect you crave, and together we will build the confidence and communication skills that allow you to advocate effectively for it. This is a time for you to put yourself first and take back control in your life. Wherever you’re ready to start, I’m ready to meet you. I work with individuals 14+, as well as Queer and Poly relationships in WA state to get the skills to meet their needs. Let yourself be a priority, book a free consult today.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work from a person-centered approach to make sure that you therapy session is always putting you first. I work with you to help you build a toolkit of skills and deepen your understanding of yourself and the patterns in your life. I work from a collaborative point of view, so while I provide guidance for the structure of our sessions, I still want you to feel in charge of your own journey. If there is any feedback you have, or something that you are interested in discussing, bring it in, I am happy to go over it with you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I meet with individuals and relationships for about a 55 minute session, and I typically save the last 5 minutes to go over your plan for your week. I want to make sure that even though our session is only about an hour of your week, you leave feeling prepared and confident to handle whatever comes your way. As a private pay clinician, I do not typically provide a diagnosis during our first session. If you are interested in a diagnosis, I am absolutely happy to go over that process with you. I never want you to feel surprised by a diagnosis, or like I wrote something down you would not be comfortable with.
