What should a new client know about working with you?

DISCLAIMER: We are not able to accept Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time. My path to becoming a therapist began with working in case management at a nonprofit organization, supporting individuals living with severe mental health challenges and co-occurring substance use in a community residence setting. That experience deepened my commitment to providing compassionate, person-centered, trauma-informed care, and it's why I bring empathy and curiosity about your unique experience to every session.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I'm passionate about creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. To do that, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and person-centered approaches to help you better manage your emotions and navigate challenges, tailoring my approach to your unique experiences and goals. I also incorporate art and play-based interventions to support your self-expression and engagement.
