“Initially little confusing to find the office but we did. In general Callie was great for our intro. Not only asked my teen about their goals but also mine as the parent including me in the kick start. While this is ultimately for my teen being included as a parent means a lot, when it seems right. So I was put at ease knowing Callie appreciates the parent being a part of the journey and allowing them to have a voice as well. Callie was good at reading the room and my teen is excited to continue therapy, which has been a struggle lately.”

It’s common to struggle with self-worth, emotional regulation, or relationships patterns that no longer serve you. You may not know exactly what you’re looking for, but if you’ve made it this far, I bet you’re open to the possibility of growth, reflection, and change in a space that feels safe. You might be ready to understand yourself and your situation more deeply. Together, we can work towards gaining insight into your emotions, developing more adaptive coping skills, and improving how you relate to yourself and others. If you’re seeking clarify, confidence of a stronger sense of agency – you’re not alone, and we can pursue that together! Most people begin therapy with a desire for change, even if their goals aren’t fully formed. Whether you have a clear vision or just a feeling something needs to shift, we can shape the work collaboratively. Life is hard. It throws curve balls, unearths old wounds, and sometimes just feels overwhelming. My style is casual, collaborative, and honest. What should a new client know about working with you?

I’m here not just to provide a space, but a service designed to meet you where you are. I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Theory, and Person-Centered Approaches. This integrative style allows me to tailor therapy to your specific goals, needs, and personal style of growth. What often sets me apart is the warmth and authenticity I bring into the room. I believe in creating a space where connection is real, emotions are welcomed, and humor has its place alongside healing. It’s not unusual for sessions to include both laughter and tears – both are valid, both are welcome. My goal is to walk alongside you, to understand what’s bringing you into therapy, help you clarify what you want from the process, and support you in developing tools that genuinely serve your life. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, executive functioning, and I aim to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and free to be your full self.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you are used to carrying things on your own. Whatever you’re facing, your experiences are real, valid, and deserving of support. If something you’ve read here resonates with you, even just a little, I encourage you to reach out. You don’t need to have the perfect words of a clear plan. Taking the first step is more than enough, and I’m here to meet you exactly where you are. Therapy isn’t always easy, but you don’t have to through it alone. My role is to walk alongside you, to help carry the weight when it feels heavy, and to make the process feel a little lighter, a little more possible, every step of the way.
