My symptoms have improved dramatically since I began seeing Dr. Mahle. He quickly identified the issue at hand and created a treatment plan that made sense to me. He is extremely available and flexible with scheduling and communication. After a long and exhausting search for a good psychiatrist, I feel relieved to have found him and feel confident in his approach.

I'm so grateful I found Dr Mahle, he is an excellent communicator, has me on the right treatment, and is super to work with in regards to ease of scheduling and access. I've lived in the area for over a decade and tried many other physicians in this field, and I can say with confidence that Dr Mahle is the best I have been to and I'm glad I found him on ZocDoc!

Dr. Mahle is a breath of fresh air in the sea of typical New York City psychiatrists that take the "medicines first approach." He is compassionate, empathetic, extremely easy to talk to and opens up new avenues of thinking about situations that can otherwise feel like a dead end. Highly, highly recommended.

I HATE. Psychiatrists. They've always made me very uncomfortable. I've been seeing Doctor Mahle for almost 6 months and my life has improved ten fold. Very kind, attentive, understanding human being.

I found my therapy experience to be valuable and helpful. I learned some things about myself. My therapist was honest and always concerned for me. I was able to trust him and express my feelings. As tough as it was at times, I was happy to work with him.
