Hello, I'm Cammy. Trying to manage or hide your symptoms of trauma, anxiety, depression, or relationship problems is emotionally, physically, and mentally exhausting. As your therapist, it is important to me to create a safe place for you to let your walls down. Allow me to sit with you in your times of darkness and work with you to help you heal. I have five years of therapeutic experience working with adolescents, adults, families, and couples. I hold an MA and am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Throughout my career, I have assisted clients in healing from abuse, anxiety, depression, grief, separation, trauma, and out-of-home placement. Additionally, I have had the opportunity to work with parents to better understand and meet their child's or children’s needs by building up their skills. My approach is centered on creating a safe space where you feel heard, validated, and supported. Whether you're dealing with depression, family relationships, life transitions, intimate or romantic relationships, stress, trauma, anxiety, or adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health issues, I am here to help.
