You may look like you are holding everything together on the outside, but inside you feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of yourself. Maybe you are going through a life transition, struggling in your relationships, feeling disconnected from who you are, or noticing the same patterns keep showing up no matter how hard you try to change them. Therapy can be a space to slow down, feel heard, and begin understanding what has been weighing on you. Hi, I’m Candice, and I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem concerns, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and major life changes. Together, we can make sense of what you’re experiencing, develop healthier ways to cope, and help you feel more grounded and confident in your everyday life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to what you need. I believe that therapy is not a one size fits all so I adapt my approach with each individual client. This means we can work on practical tools for the present while also exploring the deeper patterns, experiences, and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck. I aim to create a calm, nonjudgmental space where you can show up honestly, feel supported, and begin moving toward meaningful chandraw from CBT, psychodynamic therapy, person-centered therapy, mindfulness, and gentle somatic awareness. Above all, I want therapy to feel like a calm, nonjudgmental space where you can show up honestly, feel heard and supported, and move toward changes that feel meaningful to you.

Getting to know Candice Lopolito

You may look like you are holding everything together on the outside, but inside you feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of yourself. Maybe you are going through a life transition, struggling in your relationships, feeling disconnected from who you are, or noticing the same patterns keep showing up no matter how hard you try to change them. What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so I adapt my approach to fit your needs, goals, and what feels most helpful to you. My goal is to create a calm, nonjudgmental space where you can show up honestly, feel heard and supported, and explore what may be weighing on you. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem concerns, emotional overwhelm, relationship stress, or a major life change, we’ll work together to help you better understand yourself, build healthier ways of coping, and feel more grounded and confident in your daily life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Because therapy is not one-size-fits-all, what we focus on in a session will depend on what you need. We may spend time slowing down and making sense of what you’re experiencing, work on practical tools you can use in your everyday life, or explore the deeper patterns, experiences, and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck. Throughout our work together, we’ll build on your strengths and develop healthier coping skills while creating space for reflection and self-understanding. My approach allows us to focus on what’s happening in the present while also exploring where certain feelings or patterns may come from. My goal is for our sessions to feel collaborative, supportive, and tailored to you as you move toward meaningful change.
