I am an In-Network provider with Northwell Direct Tier 1 plans.
We provide out-of-network billing support for reimbursement for all other clients.
If we are not in-network with your plan we will work to get you significant reimbursement for the cost of your sessions. We submit claims on behalf of our patients so that you don’t have to deal with your insurance company.
Here’s how works. Before you start therapy we will collect your insurance information, check your insurance benefits, provide you with an estimate of those benefits, and then allow you to make the most educated decision possible about your investment in therapy.
If you decide to work with us, we will submit your insurance claims every week and give you access to the portal to check the status of the reimbursements. It is our goal to always remain transparent and to make the process of insurance reimbursements as clear as possible.

Carli is easy to talk to, so supportive, and incredibly kind. I felt like whatever I brought into session was met with an empathic ear and great advice. Also, anything I said to her was met with absolutely no judgement (which, for therapy, is really refreshing)! I'd recommend Carli to any of my friends!
