What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is collaborative, direct, and grounded in clarity. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and existential frameworks, which means I focus both on helping you shift unhelpful patterns and on exploring deeper questions about identity, meaning, and direction. Clients often come in navigating anxiety, OCD, identity concerns, or neurodivergence like Autism or ADHD. I meet each client with respect and honesty, and I see therapy as a space for real reflection, thoughtful challenge, and forward movement. Sessions are guided by your goals, but there’s also space for uncertainty, complexity, and growth over time.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In early sessions, we’ll focus on understanding what brings you in, identifying patterns, and clarifying what you want to work toward. From there, sessions may include exploring recent experiences, unpacking thoughts and emotional responses, identifying themes, or applying CBT-based tools. Some sessions are more structured and skill-focused; others are more reflective, depending on your needs that day. I don’t follow a rigid script—but I do stay engaged, ask questions, and help you make connections between what’s happening now and the deeper context behind it. Over time, our work tends to balance practical change with insight and deeper understanding.
