I utilize an integrative approach to tailor treatment methods to my clients’ specific needs. I believe that creating a safe, collaborative, and supportive environment is very important in helping clients work towards healing and growth. I strive to guide my clients through self-compassion and empower them to improve their overall well-being. I am bilingual and able to hold therapeutic sessions in both English and Spanish. Weekly appointments that don’t work for hospital workers who’s schedules vary. I wasn’t made aware of this and when I tried to reschedule they wanted me to put my card info to charge me an unreasonable amount of money.
