“I have had a wonderful experience working with Carmen over the past few months. When I reached out to the practice, I was able to quickly schedule a phone call, discuss what I wanted to work on, and get matched with Carmen all within a week. I was nervous to restart therapy but they made it feel so easy. Even during our first session, it was immediately clear that Carmen is compassionate, detail oriented and a great listener. She’s asks questions that help me think deeper about my experiences and show me that she is really listening and trying to understand me. Carmen brings the perfect balance of structure and flexibility. She has worked with me over time to make our sessions together worthwhile for me, whether that means talking through something that’s troubling me that week or returning to my long term goals and taking a more detailed, plan-based approach. I appreciate her willingness to meet me where I’m at and adjust to what I need. Can’t recommend her enough! ”

I have a had a really nice experience with Carmen. From the beginning she created a space where I felt comfortable enough to open up about my thoughts and emotions. I felt like she listened without judgement and helped me see situations from new perspectives, which helped me understand myself and my reactions. Over time I’ve seen a good amount of growth, and I leave each session feeling better.
I went to see Carmen as I was struggling to make some important life decisions. She helped me unpack my options and think through them in a safe space. She also provided me with new tools for behavior management that really changed the way I think about and respond to my environment. Carmen also deeply cares about her patients and makes the effort to remember things about them. She's worked with me to change a lot about my perception of myself for the better. I would certainly recommend her for a session.
My visit(s) with Carmen have always gone very well. Rather than tell me what I'm feeling or what my thoughts are she allows me the space and time to talk it out and come up with my own conclusions. Her insights helps alot.
Carmen is truly amazing at what she does. She is the first therapist I feel like I've actually made progress with. She is continually educating herself and sharing new resources she finds with me. I love working with her, she pushes me outside of my comfort zone while still acknowledging and validating my concerns.
Carmen Wiegandt has been an incredible source of support and guidance. They are always professional, and create a safe and welcoming space where I feel genuinely heard and understood. From our very first session, I felt comfortable opening up, knowing I was in compassionate and capable hands. They consistently offer thoughtful insights and practical tips that have made a real difference in my life. Whether it’s helping me reframe difficult situations or offering tools to manage daily life, stress and anxiety, their guidance has been invaluable. I’m so grateful for the progress I’ve made with their help and truly can’t recommend them highly enough.
