My professional background began as a social worker in the UK. Currently, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the USA whose practice emphasizes the importance of the relationships between individuals, and the systems in which those individuals and their relationships flourish at their optimal. My professional background spans over 20 years and includes specializations in ADHD and couples' therapy. My background experience includes child protection, mental health, and education and training. In my current practice I see clients who are committed to the therapeutic process and are ready to take the necessary steps to bring about the change they want to see and experience in their lives and relationships. I use a strength-based approach, acknowledging and honoring what my clients bring to the therapeutic space, and recognize that my clients benefit from my expertise to help them navigate sometimes new terrain.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
