As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe that we thrive through connection with ourselves and with each other. I know seeking help isn't always easy, and I'm so glad you're here! In my eight years of practice, I've supported clients of all ages in strengthening their connection to their inner selves. I specialize in helping teens and young adults break free from stuck patterns so they can create a more authentic life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

That sense of connection is at the heart of how I work. In our sessions, we'll explore your relationships, understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and examine the broader forces that shape your experience. You can expect me to listen with compassion, offer reflections that deepen self-understanding, and gently challenge perspectives. My hope is that our time together becomes a space where both insight and transformation can flourish.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When we first meet, my goal is for you to feel welcome and at ease. I'll invite you to share whatever feels right, whether that's your full story or just where you are today. Together we'll explore what brought you here, what's feeling hard, and what healing or growth might look like for you. My hope is that you leave feeling truly heard, a little lighter, and hopeful about what's ahead.
