My therapeutic relationship with clients is at the center of my work. My goal is to support each person in learning love, forgiveness, and compassion for themselves while discovering their story and power. Using trauma-informed care and evidence-based treatment modalities such as narrative therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness, and yoga, we will create a treatment plan that meets your needs and goals. As a therapist, nothing brings me more joy than watching my clients grow and find their light again.
