With a focus on psychodynamic and CBT, I aim to help you work towards achieving a deeper self-awareness and healthier relationships with others.

I am dedicated to creating a therapeutic space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions. I strive to foster an environment of empathy and empowerment while using a trauma informed and person-centered approach based on each person's needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We usually start with an intake history and after we work together to create goals for therapy. From there, we settle into weekly sessions where we work towards understanding patterns, developing coping skills, and review goals often to stay on track with progress. We will make adjustments as needed to our sessions, so therapy continues to evolve with you.
