Have you been feeling stuck on difficult past experiences? Do you find yourself caught up in relationship patterns that don't feel supportive? Have you noticed feelings of anxiety, hopelessness, or a sense of disconnection from yourself? Whether you're seeking support to manage anxiety or depression, heal from trauma, shift out of people-pleasing or codependent dynamics, or simply understand yourself more deeply—I’m here to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, break free from old patterns, and boldly step into the life you’re meant to live. I’m passionate about working with individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, and/or challenges in relational dynamics. I use an integrative, client-centered approach grounded in narrative therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I’m also trained in EMDR and incorporate it as a powerful tool for trauma processing and emotional healing. My work is often infused with creative and experiential interventions to deepen insight and foster lasting change. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regis University. I also have experience working with individuals struggling with disordered eating through my work at Eating Recovery Center. My approach is compassionate and non-judgmental, rooted in the belief that pain and trauma show up in many forms—and all are worthy of healing. As I support you on your journey, I aim to provide warmth, hope, and compassion as well as give you the opportunity to be your authentic self. I believe that some of the most powerful change happens when we're truly heard and seen as we are and we're able to work through past experiences or patterns that no longer serve us to find renewed hope and meaning.
