Hello; my name is Carrie Simmons and I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. My private practice is located in beautiful St. Petersburg; FL. In practice; I mostly treat from a cognitive behavioral perspective in addition to using a mindfulness based approach. I’m experienced in working with adults and children on both an individual; coupled or family session. Being married and having children of my own; I understand how life can be a balancing act. Sometimes our balance is thrown off and we need help getting it back in order. I hope to help you do that. I’m not taking International clients at this time.
