I understand that just taking that first step to seek help and trust someone with one's innermost self can seem overwhelming. I work on building that critical relationship with my clients to create a safe space and to empower them.

I help my clients discover new perspectives and solutions that build their confidence and give them hope that they can make a change. I focus on a strength-based approach and use different modalities, such as psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy, to meet my clients where they are in their journeys.
