What should a new client know about working with you?

My therapeutic approach draws from psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral therapies, while integrating elements from other modalities to best meet each client’s unique needs. I have over two years of experience working with young and middle-aged adults (ages 18–65) and specialize in concerns such as trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, and disordered eating. I’m also passionate about supporting clients through meaningful life transitions—whether it's grief, work-life balance, or adjusting to a new environment.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Creating a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental space is central to my work—one where you can feel empowered to show up as your full self. I welcome individuals from all walks of life, regardless of demographic background or identity. I value introspection and self-awareness, and I believe that lasting change is rooted in self-compassion and acceptance.
