I received my Bachelors Degree from Northern Arizona University in Psychology in 2014 and later received my Masters in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University in 2021. I am a LMHCA. Much of my background had been working in the community mental health setting. There, I was able to work with clients and families who come from a variety of socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. My specialty has been in working with adolescents and young adults, however I have enjoyed working with all ages. During sessions I use techniques and skills from CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I have worked with those struggling with ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder. I am also trained in EMDR and use this to assist clients with a history of trauma or PTSD. Outside of work I enjoy spending my time trying new restaurants and going to concerts with friends.
