What should a new client know about working with you?
My background is in crisis management and family therapy. I am trauma-informed and enjoy working through the complexity of faith and family attachment. I maintain an active curiosity and compassion towards radical honesty and authentic relating, which form the heart of my therapeutic approach.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
My specialty is in couples & individual therapy with a coaching focus. I attract entrepreneurs and health professionals who deal with complex family life and work issues that cause anxiety, depression, and PTSD. As we work towards practical solutions, I want to develop a lifelong relationship where you feel confident sharing your most vulnerable experiences in a compassionate and truthful space.
