Hi, Im Catherine. Helping people heal from trauma is something that means a lot to meits a path I had to walk myself in my early twenties. Because of that, I really care about creating a space where you can go at your own pace, without any pressure or judgment. Everyone deserves the chance to feel safe, reconnect with who they are, and grow in their own time. My hope is to offer a space where you feel supported, understood, and gently guided as you move through your healing journey. Whether youre just getting started or youve been doing the work for a while, Im here to walk with you with compassion and honesty. Im originally from Nashville but now call New York City home. When Im not with clients, Im usually reading, wandering around the city, or at a Yankees game. And fair warningyou might see a couple of curious cats wander into our sessions
