Hello, I'm Cassie. Are you struggling with a major life transition or past trauma? Do you feel stuck in the stress of everyday life, or in trying to be good enough? All of these things can have negative impacts on our well-being and take up our mental space, time, and energy. We are left feeling as if things won't ever get better. I can join alongside you and serve as a guide as we learn about tools which can help you manage your life's challenges. I hold an MSW and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I specialize in working with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, or impacts from past trauma using a variety of approaches such as DBT, CBT, and EMDR. I believe in creating a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, express their emotions, and work collaboratively towards growth and healing. Through evidence-based techniques such as mindfulness and cognitive restructuring, I empower clients to effectively manage stress and regain a sense of balance. With specialized training in trauma-focused therapy and EMDR, I assist clients in processing past traumas, building resilience, and reclaiming control over their lives.
