Sometimes on this journey of life, we get in our own way and aren't ready to change until things get hairy! This can translate into a mindset or habit that no longer serves us. Does it seem like no matter how hard you try, there's a feeling of doom and gloom? Maybe you excel in one area of life but feel like you're far behind in another. Maybe there are personal goals that seem unobtainable due to feeling stuck. I have helped clients get to the other side of the progress they want to see. Whether you're in the pre-contemplative or the action phase of change, I provide guidance and support while holding you accountable to your goals. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University and a Bachelor’s degree from Pace University, which equip me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively on your journey.
