Celeste has a passion for coming alongside people and helping people work through difficult situations and finding the healing each person looks for. Celeste also specializes in working with people who experience complex trauma - more specifically religious and post cult trauma. Celeste's therapeutic strategy, while tailored to the individual, generally focuses on a holistic approach, integrating trauma-focused therapies with a cultural lens. She believes in the mind-body connection and works with people to incorporate this into sessions. She does this through strategies such as Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory and Brainspotting.
