“What an empowering series! I not only learned how to create a goal to enhance my life, but I also received assistance with meditation, journaling, staying focused, and altering the negative thoughts that prevent me from achieving my goal. The weekly action plans are purposeful and timely for the next step in the goal-setting process. Each week's tools steer the process and are easy to navigate. Together, we tailored my goal to my specific needs. My assignments continued to help me determine what obstacles were in my way and how to combat them. Observers are still determining what is different about me, but it is detectable. I hear encouraging words like “You look amazing!” or “Have you lost weight?” My favorite is “I don’t know what you’re doing, but keep doing it!” (by the way, these noticings are not my intended goal, but a welcoming effect of my journey.) I love the changes I’ve executed thus far, and I cannot wait to bask in the finished product: a better version of me! ”
