Getting to know Charina Cordova-Velayo

Given everything that is happening, are you a woman (25 or older) looking for a chance to take a breath and have some time for yourself to sort through your roles, goals, values, and dreams? I've had the privilege of spending time with women who think deeply about things, are interested in certain pursuits (creative, scientific, mathematical, entrepreneurial, athletic, spiritual, etc.), and strive to balance their professional lives and interests with caring for others and/or the world around them. I offer individual therapy to discuss goals, strengths, struggles, skills, etc. My approach is informed by evidence-based treatments. My counseling training started in 2000. After my post-graduate training, I became a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Colorado in 2005.
