I am an LPC and RN licensed in 2012, specializing in trauma-informed therapy with a foundation in EMDR. I am passionate about helping those who have been through traumas in their lives and use EMDR to heal the pain associated with those memories, as well as using CBT skills to help them face the future with confidence, knowing they are strong enough to handle anything that comes their way.
