What should a new client know about working with you?

As a therapist, I work to create a warm, supportive space where you can feel safe, seen, and at ease. I view therapy as a collaborative process—your voice, experiences, and goals are central to the work we do together.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In addition to creating a compassionate and supportive environment, I use goal-oriented, evidence-based therapies that are proven to be effective in treating a range of mental health concerns. This approach helps clients gain clarity and direction as they move through the healing process.
