I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the Silberman School of Social Work and a Bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University, and I am here to support you on this journey.

What should a new client know about working with you?

With nearly a decade of experience working in community health, schools, and private practice, I blend culturally informed evidence based treatments with psychodynamic therapy and EMDR. I also have expertise with the unique needs of folks on the autism spectrum & those navigating cancer as a cancer survivor myself.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Early in our relationship, I'll be asking you a lot of questions to better understand the context or any challenges or problems you bring to therapy. You are always free to decline to answer, but these questions will help me begin to understand how to best support you. As our work progresses, our work should feel truly collaborative and driven by you (with my help.)
