UpLift Behavioral Health providers do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by any federal or state agency or other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I am mainly oriented in the realms of client-centered and cognitive behavior therapy, but I like to pull from various modalities to fit the needs of the individual. I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Fordham University and a Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. I strive to uphold my values of connection, trust, equality, understanding, and authenticity in order to provide an open and safe space where you can do the work you have set out to do. My approach is both exploratory and insight-oriented as well as solution-focused. It is crucial to understand the deeper, often invisible parts of you, and it is equally important to have concrete tools that you can utilize in your journey toward growth and change. I am dedicated to collaborative work—after all, you are the expert of your life!
