“I'm dedicated to helping you come home to yourself, build intuition, and embrace your truest expression. I infuse humor, personality, and even some astrology into our sessions. Through the lens of holistic wellness, I will support and celebrate your growth and individuality over weeks, months, and years together.” About Me What is most crucial for me in the therapeutic process is to assist clients in coming home to themselves: building their intuition, giving them space to validate their feelings, and moving toward living in alignment with their truest expression. I enjoy sharing mindfulness techniques and nourishing routine practices with my clients to help them become a more embodied, authentic, and present version of themselves. I believe that my clients know what is best for them, and I hope to help them uncover and connect to that inner knowing; I encourage them to challenge me if they ever disagree or to present any feedback so that we have transparency and trust. I definitely have a bit more of an unconventional approach! Ideally, you'll feel like you're talking to a person, not a wall, and I'm not hesitant to bring my sense of humor and personality to our work together. I also am an astrologer and use that as a frame for my work with clients. To use more traditional terms, I use a psychodynamic, somatic, and relational approach, drawing from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), among others. I am only seeing clients remotely and may offer a few opportunities for in-person sessions here and there as I'm able. I specialize in working with clients who are healing from trauma/Complex PTSD, dissociation/depersonalization, anxiety, and ADHD. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree from Wesleyan University.
