UpLift Behavioral Health providers do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by any federal or state agency or other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I provide a safe space for you to explore new ways to relate in relationships, work through trauma, and experience a new way of being. There is no judgment, and confidentiality and autonomy are important parts of the process. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy. I have worked in Africa providing therapy for women and teens coming out of human trafficking, couples and families, equine therapy to work through trauma, and individual therapy. I hold a Master's in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor's degree, both from Azusa Pacific University.
