Hello, I'm Cherry. Life can quickly become overwhelming, and sometimes we need support outside our immediate environment. I understand, and I am here to help. I fully believe that through therapy, we can find a collaborative effort to sort things out together. With a Master's degree and as a Licensed Professional Counselor, my experience spans crisis intervention, clinical assessment, individual and group therapy, behavior analysis, life coaching, trauma-focused therapy, and grief therapy. I specialize in providing support for those on the autism spectrum, adolescents and teens facing mental or behavioral health challenges, family relationships, life transitions, intimate and romantic relationships, stress, trauma, depression, anxiety, and children's mental and behavioral health. I offer a virtual connection for those who lead busy lives, making it easier to fit therapy into your schedule. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where we can work together to navigate life's challenges and achieve your personal goals. I accept the following insurance: Aetna, Anthem, Apostrophe, Bright Health, Cigna, Friday, Foster Source, Justice Reskill, and United/Optum.
