Psychologist
NJ
When stress, anxiety, or past experiences start to interfere with your day-to-day life, it can be hard to find a clear way forward. Therapy offers a space to better understand what’s happening and begin making meaningful, lasting changes. I’m a licensed clinical psychologist who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and other emotional and behavioral challenges. My focus is on helping clients build resilience, improve emotional balance, and feel more in control of their lives. My background includes over a decade of experience across clinical, correctional, and private practice settings. I also have specialized experience in forensic evaluation and psychopharmacology, which gives me a broader understanding of how psychological, behavioral, and biological factors interact. This allows me to approach each client’s situation with a more comprehensive and informed perspective. My approach is integrative and tailored to each individual. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy, and strength-based and solution-focused techniques. Together, we work on developing insight, strengthening coping strategies, and creating changes that feel both practical and sustainable. I aim to create an environment where you can speak openly and feel supported, while also gaining a clearer understanding of yourself and how to move forward.
