We all have ups and downs in our life, work, family, relationships, and I'm here to support you through the things that are messy, challenging, and confusing with a safe space for you to just be yourself with no judgements. What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a person-centered, relationship-focused therapist. I am here for you and what you care about. My role is to assist you with getting what you want in your life, nothing else. To achieve that, I draw from a wide range of therapy models, including mindfulness, insight building, self-compassion, communication, play, art, and other strength-based techniques. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages, couples, and families from all walks of life with diverse cultural backgrounds. I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, and marriage counseling through the lens of attachment styles, developmental neuroscience, childhood and family of origin exploration.
