I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Play Therapy, and mindfulness techniques to create an individualized, supportive approach. Whether we’re working through anxiety, depression, ADHD, or eating-related concerns, my goal is to help clients build emotional strength and rediscover their capacity for growth and healing.
