As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), I have had the privilege of working with individuals from all age groups and diverse backgrounds. In my practice, I use a combination of techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and trauma-based therapy.
