“The first thing I noticed about CJ was how warm her demeanor was. I felt comfortable talking to her right away. I told her some pretty heavy stuff our first session and she didn't judge me at all. I've always wanted a therapist who had the professionalism of a doctor, but the demeanor of a cool friend and she is exactly that person. I would recommend her to anyone I know.”

First time experience was a success. I’m excited to get to know myself in a deeper level

Would not recommend for those seeking a more formal care experience. CJ is extremely personable which is nice but it does not necessarily create a safe space for those coming out of or experiencing trauma. When I spoke on abuse I experienced she empathized with my abuser at times and stated how she could never see some of those things happening to her. She would also eat as we met and was often distracted by things in her surroundings. These were simply blind spots though, she has a good energy and would be a great match for someone looking to come out of their shell and be more sociable. Also difficult to get recommendations or maintain contact outside of the platform she uses for sessions.
