I’ve spent most of my career helping children, teens, and families improve their quality of life. I work with individuals as young as 3 years old through adulthood, supporting people from all backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQ+ community and their families.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I help clients who may be dealing with mood concerns, behavioral challenges, parenting stress, and other mental health difficulties. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable and understood. My approach is strengths-based and positive, focusing on what’s working well while building skills to handle challenges. I use evidence-based methods, including solution-focused and cognitive behavioral approaches, to provide practical tools that can help you or your child feel and function better in everyday life.

I believe therapy is a personal journey, and it takes courage to reach out for support. I’m here to walk alongside you, working together to help you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
