My journey in this field has allowed me to work with individuals, adolescents, and families in various settings, including virtual, private, and school environments. In addition to being a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am also a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC). My passion lies in helping families, individuals, and couples develop strong, healthy relationships based on understanding and mutual respect. I have completed all three levels of Gottman Therapy training and am a Gottman Seven Principles of Marriage Educator as well as a Bringing Baby Home Educator. I have extensive experience in behavioral, emotional/trauma, substance abuse, brain injury, intellectual and developmental counseling. My background as a Certified Rehabilitative Counselor has equipped me with the skills to address a wide range of challenges, including addictions, trauma, and abuse.
