Christine Jorgensen, LMFT

Christine Jorgensen, LMFT

Psychotherapist
WA
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State, with over a decade of experience helping adults and couples navigate mental health and behavioral challenges. I earned my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Chapman University and became a Mental Health Professional (MHP) in 2010, obtaining my license in 2012. Since then, I have specialized in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to support my clients in making meaningful changes in their lives. My approach is collaborative and client-centered-I believe in working together to address concerns, develop coping strategies, and create a path toward healing and personal growth. I also utilize assessment tools such as the PHQ-9, GAD-7, and PCL-5 to screen for symptoms of depression, anxiety, and trauma, helping to establish a baseline and measure progress in treatment. When needed, I provide referrals to community resources or higher levels of care to ensure my clients receive the comprehensive support they deserve. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where individuals and couples can build resilience, improve their relationships, and achieve lasting mental wellness. Let me know if you'd like any tweaks!
