I am here to help you see that you are not alone and that hope is yet to be discovered! I provide a compassionate, person-centered approach in a safe and non-judgmental environment. I hold a Master's degree in Community Counseling (MA) and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado. My experience focuses on a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, shame/guilt, ADHD, PTSD, and complex PTSD. Additionally, I specialize in helping clients with stress, grieving and increasing self-esteem so you can feel like your true authentic self. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer or require remote sessions. I have an eclectic approach which tailors to my clients' needs. I use Strength-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. This means I draw from various therapeutic techniques to create a personalized plan that best supports your unique journey.
