Life is an ever-changing journey with many people facing ever-changing pitfalls and struggles. Society continues to push barriers onto people, making it hard to sustain and thrive. Due to various reasons, people find themselves struggling with low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and other issues reinforcing unwanted and old patterns. Ideally, I am looking for people who want to make change, even if they feel resistant to the idea right now. Personally, I look to help those individuals who are at least contemplating growth, change, and coming out of the self-constructed safety box.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My process comes from a great deal of professional and life experience. I work to be unbiased regarding your situation. It is important to me that we do not define you by your past experiences and stories. You will find me to be direct, transparent, honest, compassionate, and empathic.
