What should a new client know about working with you?

My clinical style is non-judgmental yet direct, predicated on exploring self in the context of relationships, processing emotions, and understanding coping mechanisms. The approach I offer is depth-facing, and best suited to those who are looking for more from their therapeutic process. I believe that the power to effect change in your life already exists within you, and together we will come to uncover it.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I practice from a psychodynamic position, which seeks to shed light on the internal conflicts that exist outside of our immediate awareness. As opposed to other modalities which depend upon regular upkeep and practicing of skills, psychodynamic therapy serves to induce fundamental changes in character, leading to increased agency and lasting symptom relief.
