“First and foremost, I felt care for me and my situation. When getting to know me, Chris was willing to take the time to get to know my family. I felt he respected and took in the various viewpoints and was able to offer his insights without dismissing mine. I felt like an equal partner in the process. When I asked about a new modality I had heard about, he was open to investigating and considering it. There was mutual respect for each other's schedules and on the rare occasion when he was late, it was a matter of a couple of minutes which he made up on the other end.”

What should a new client know about working with you?

Through a holistic, relationship-focused, trauma-responsive approach, I have successfully treated adults of all ages and presenting problems, including anxiety and mood issues. What is your typical process for working with clients?

From the first session, I strive to understand your unique story inside and out while maintaining a casual and comfortable dialogue that will allow you to approach healing at your own pace.
