I prefer to think of my focus as anti-diagnosis. From mental health to substance abuse, to what we call "Personality Disorders" as ways we have learned to cope and adapt based on the trauma we have experienced. I am a trauma based therapist focusing on prior occurrences of abuse, abandonment, and neglect that has shaped our much changeable path. There is only courage in reaching out, our relationship will be reciprocal and mutual. I will learn from you and you from me.
