I work with passionate and driven individuals who want more out of life but sense that something is wrong. I work with curious people who have questions about themselves, their history, or why their history won't leave them alone. I work with people who have found themselves in painful repetitions and want to find a way out. My background includes a Master's in Interdisciplinary Theatre from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, which enriches my approach to understanding and supporting those I work with.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in psychoanalytic treatment; a deep, playful, and generative encounter with truth which aims to produce long-lasting change and a more fulfilling way of engaging with life. I also offer more targeted psychoanalytic psychotherapy which aims to dislodge painful symptoms like anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and sexual frustrations. My clinical approach is influenced by the work of Freud and Lacan, and engages deeply in unconscious process in pursuit of self knowledge and self realization.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I ask you to come in and speak freely about yourself and your suffering with as few filters and limits as possible. Attempt to articulate your life, your history, and your desires clearly. Together, we're curious about what is said, what gets in the way - and why that is.
