Christy is an exceptional therapist for anyone who has experienced trauma or attachment challenges! I really appreciate her intentionality, deep respect for humanity, and trust in my understanding of my own needs. I feel like practicing Brainspotting with Christy really laid the foundation for deep trauma healing and freed up the mental and emotional energy I needed to work on the relational challenges I was facing in the moment. I couldn't recommend a therapist more highly for the kinds of challenges she specializes in, and I truly believe Brainspotting and somatic work get to the bottom of healing work more efficiently than talk therapy alone can.

Christy is a highly attuned therapist who utilizes a wealth of knowledge and experience to address my needs as a client. She has helped me think outside of my own box, and explore different ways of approaching the issues I have come to her with. She's gentle in her therapeutic approach, while also helping me move towards what she has come to understand are my hopes and desires for my life.
